How every engagement runs.

Four steps that keep the work authorized, focused, and predictable.

  1. Scope

We agree in writing on the systems, timeframe, and questions to answer.

  2. Authorize

You sign a rules-of-engagement letter before we touch anything.

  3. Assess

We work inside the agreed scope and flag anything urgent right away.

  4. Report

A written report and readout call, with findings ranked by what to fix first.

Let's talk about your risk.
